Ships in our insulated cold-pack box.
We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only to help keep your cheese fresh in transit. Order by Tuesday at 6 p.m. Central Time for shipment that week. Orders received after the cutoff ship the following Monday, excluding holidays.
